Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, and all beverages (both hot and cold) in line with Mamatcha standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Attend to customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Take and process customer orders accurately - Provide recommendations and ensure a great customer experience
- Conduct daily and weekly inventory counts within the bar
- Monitor stock levels and make requisitions when necessary
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, chillers, and display cabinets
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and work surfaces are properly cleaned
- Work closely with floor staff to ensure orderliness and smooth operations
- Support team members during peak periods
- Minimize wastage and handle ingredients efficiently
- Report equipment faults or operational issues promptly
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum of an OND
