Bank Zonal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the overall operations of multiple branches within a specific zone.
• Ensure that all branches comply with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to branch managers for effective branch performance.
• Monitor financial activities, analyze reports, and develop strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives to generate new business and increase customer base.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth functioning of operations and achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities.
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking sector with  5 years experience working as a Manager.
• Having Managed a bank Zone is an added advantage.
