We are looking to hire an experienced Bakery Manager to manage our baking staff and manage all bakery operations. The Bakery Manager's responsibilities include:
1. Create sales for produced breads, cakes and all other bakery products
2. Maintaining accurate financial and product records,
3. Conducting interviews, hiring suitable bakery staff
4. Ensuring that orders for specialty cakes are completed on time.
5. Procurement of bakery raw materials
6. To discard stale or spoiled bakery items and mark down goods nearing their expiration dates.
To be our Successful Bakery Manager, you should possess the following;
· Proven experience bakery management.
· A food handler's license.
· Sound knowledge of different baking techniques.
· Unique ability to create market and sales of bakery products.
· The ability to work under pressure.
· Outstanding problem-solving skills.
· Excellent management skills.
· Effective communication skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
Qualification: Ordinary National Diploma (minimum)
Knowledge in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts will be an added advantage
