Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage team of reservations specialists
- Issuance of Tickets in accordance with IATA and Airline rules
- Process refunds and any queries
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports
- Communicate intelligently with Customers & management on issues
- Assist reservations team to resolve any issues
- Investigate and dispute any debit memos
- Ensure all documentation with regards to tickets issued are properly stored with all tickets
- Work with airlines reps to ensure deals are stored
- Work with Amadeus, Galileo & Sabre to ensure the agency is current with use
- Provide management with full reports of activities on ticket issuance.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must be very good in operations
- Minimum of 5 years working experience is required.
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in any discipline
- Must have expert knowledge of Amadeus
- Expert knowledge of use of IATA portal & BSP
