Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of staff hiring process.
- Training new employees
- Coaching and developing existing employees
- Dealing with performance problems and terminations
- Supporting problem resolution and decision-making
- Conducting timely performance evaluations
- Translating corporate goals into functional and individual goals
- Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results
- Monitoring and controlling expenses and budgets
- Tracking and reporting scorecard results to senior management
- Planning and goal-setting for future periods
- Business Development
- Assisting the MD.
- Procurement
- Working on new projects, fine-tuning them, and getting ready to fly
- Sourcing for the best marketing channel for the company
- Training: If new technologies or systems are introduced to the business, employers turn to managers to train employees.
- Project Management: To ensure success, managers oversee every step of a project and intervene when necessary
- Business-to-business negotiations and transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline
- At least 2 years of work Experience.
- Good Management skill
Location: Should live within Yaba or its environs.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
