Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Officer to oversee the warehousing and distribution of our goods. The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for coordinating all warehousing activities and inventory management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Transport new stocks from the shipping company to the warehouse.
- Count the newly received stocks and ensure they are all in good condition.
- Regularly dispatch stocks to our agents nationwide, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to forecast inventory needs and plan for new shipments
- Develop and maintain inventory management procedures to ensure accurate and efficient stock management
- Assist with the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and provide recommendations to prevent future discrepancies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, inventory management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a detail-oriented individual.
