Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule appointments
- Maintain patient records and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing or paperwork
- Prepare forms, reports, and other medical documents
- Coordinate with medical staff to support daily workflow
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Minimum of a degree
- Experience is a minimum of 2 years
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (preferred)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
