Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the spiritual, administrative, and operational functions of the church. This role combines pastoral leadership, evangelization, preaching, staff supervision, and general management to ensure the effective running and growth of the church location, including:
- Lead evangelistic outreach initiatives within the community.
- Develop and implement strategies for church growth and soul-winning.
- Coordinate missions, community engagement, and discipleship programs.
- Mentor and disciple new converts and church members.
- Represent the church in community and inter-church activities.
- Preach during church services as assigned.
- Teach Bible studies, leadership classes, and discipleship programs.
- Develop sermon series and spiritual growth resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Good leadership skills
