Church Administrator
Job summary
Seeking a spiritually mature and administratively competent individual who demonstrates proven leadership capacity and a steadfast commitment to sound biblical doctrine and organizational excellence. The successful candidate must be actively engaged in ministry and possess no less than two (2) years of relevant ministry experience.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the spiritual, administrative, and operational functions of the church.
- Lead evangelistic outreach initiatives within the community.
- Develop and implement strategies for church growth and soul winning.
- Coordinate missions, community engagement, and discipleship programs.
- Mentor and disciple new converts and church members.
- Represent the church in community and inter-church activities.
- Preach during church services as assigned.
- Teach Bible studies, leadership classes, and discipleship programs.
- Develop sermon series and spiritual growth resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Good leadership skills and pastoral leadership
