Job summary
This is a unique hybrid role for a motivated and multi-talented individual who is passionate about real estate, fashion, and entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including marketing and selling properties, managing the online presence of our menswear brand, and providing comprehensive support to the company’s founder. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of two growing businesses and make a significant impact. The Virtual Assistant will primarily support real estate sales operations and stakeholder management, ensuring structured client follow-ups, pipeline management, documentation coordination, and revenue tracking. In addition, the role will provide administrative and sales support for the company’s fashion and interior decoration product lines when required. The ideal candidate is organized, persuasive, proactive, tech-savvy, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities:
Real Estate Sales Support (Primary Focus – 70%):
Sales Administration:
- Manage property inquiries from leads (WhatsApp, email, social media, CRM)
- Schedule property inspections and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM database
- Track sales pipeline from inquiry to closure
- Prepare quotations, offers, and sales documentation
- Monitor payment plans and follow up on outstanding payments
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with clients, investors, developers, and legal representatives
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and buyers
- Track documentation requirements for property transactions
- Provide weekly updates to management on deal status
- Coordinate between sales team, legal, and finance where necessary
Lead Generation & Conversion Support:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads
- Follow up cold and warm leads consistently
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and property listings
- Support digital campaigns and listing uploads on property platforms
- Track lead conversion metrics
Fashion & Interior Decor Sales Support (Secondary – 30%):
Respond to product inquiries:
- Assist with order processing and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate delivery logistics
- Track inventory requests
- Upsell products where applicable
- Support promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in sales support or virtual assistance
- Minimum of a Degree
- Experience in real estate (strong advantage)
- Experience in handling high-value clients
- Comfortable managing multiple business lines
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience in real estate sales and/or property marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- A keen interest in fashion and e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: The role offers a fixed competitive base salary with uncapped commission, providing unlimited earning potential for result-driven candidates.
Location: Lagos (with availability aligned to Nigerian business hours)
