Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Maintain files, records, and documents.
- Assist management with administrative tasks.
- Welcome visitors and provide basic office support.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc.
- Good communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Organised and able to multitask.
- Experience is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Location: Umuahia, Abia State
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Remuneration: NGN 700,000
