Welbot is hiring a smart and organised Secretary to support daily office operations, manage communication, and assist management.

Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks.
  • Welcome visitors and provide basic office support.


Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc.
  • Good communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Organised and able to multitask.
  • Experience is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.


Location: Umuahia, Abia State

Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Remuneration: NGN 700,000
