Job summary
We are seeking a professional, proactive, and digitally savvy Professional Secretary/Receptionist with 1–3 years of experience to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support across the group. The ideal candidate will combine excellent interpersonal skills with digital and social media capabilities to support both the corporate office and the radio station.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Manage phone lines, emails, and other communication channels efficiently
- Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain the office calendar.
- Support the radio station’s social media presence, including content posting and engagement
- Maintain front office records and ensure proper documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks and correspondence across departments
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Support event coordination and office activities as needed
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Digitally savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and office management tools
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional Certifications (Advantageous but Not Mandatory:
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
- Office Management or Front Desk Professional Certifications
- Social Media Management certifications
