Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Anticipates and provides a high level of initiative and support to the CEO.
- Applies strategic business thinking to support the CEO across different functions within the business.
- Provides comprehensive diary management, using initiative to resolve conflicts and exercise judgment on priorities.
- Manage documents electronically, including letters, memos, itineraries, status reports, presentations (PowerPoint), spreadsheets (Excel) and other related documents.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality in handling files, e-mail, and other sensitive client information for the executives and in all aspects of the role.
- Schedule travels, arrange meetings and be responsible for handling information requests and staff requests.
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO and ensure she is well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's deliverables.
- Conduct research to support the CEO as well as develop information packs for presentations and meetings.
- Collate and aggregate reports from the various Finance units for the CEO’s use.
- Assist with daily administrative duties and complete a wide variety of administrative tasks.
- Support in organising and coordinating the CEO's travel arrangements (cash advances, airfare, hotels, land logistics, etc.), ensuring that detailed itineraries are accurately implemented at every point of the preparation and travel, for both personal and business travel, as well as social engagements.
- Perform other related tasks as may be required by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Two to Five years of support to upper-level management
- Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Communication skills, written/verbal.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines to keep information confidential.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 400,000
