Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and maintain HR records.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Manage leave schedules, attendance, and payroll inputs.
- Organize team engagement, culture-building activities, and training.
- Work closely with leadership to support organizational development.
- BSc
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a tech, fintech, or crypto-related company is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
