Job Summary
EcoClimate Foundation is implementing a transformative Climate Resilience and Sustainability Project aimed at promoting eco-friendly infrastructure, environmental education, and community-led conservation across Nigeria. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental Administration Officer to support the operational and documentation needs of our environmental programs. The role will involve coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and supporting stakeholder engagements to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for environmental programs, workshops, and field activities
- Maintain organised records of project reports, budgets, and correspondence
- Assist in preparing grant proposals, donor reports, and internal documentation
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and stakeholder engagements
- Liaise with partner organisations, government agencies, and community groups
- Support data entry, filing, and digital archiving of program materials
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and donor requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in NGO or community-based work is an asset
- Passion for environmental sustainability and climate advocacy
