Job descriptions & requirements
- Maintain the cleanliness of service areas and comply with hygiene standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set.
- Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Deliver guests' food and beverage orders to their rooms for room service orders.
- Ensure correct billing procedures and coordinate with the cashier when necessary.
- Maintain excellent customer service, respond to guests’ requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
- A minimum of SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, GCE)
- A minimum of 0–1 year's experience, and prior experience as a customer service attendant is an added advantage.
- Basic literacy and the ability to communicate in English language.
- Must be physically fit and strong.
- Proven experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant.
- Attentive and efficient in serving guests.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Hospitality training or relevant certification is an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 Monthly Gross
