Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and household surfaces.
• Wash, iron, fold, and organise clothes and other household linens.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen surfaces.
• Make beds and change bed linens regularly.
• Organise household items and keep rooms neat and orderly.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
• Dispose of household waste appropriately and maintain proper hygiene standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or shortages of cleaning supplies when necessary.
• Follow household instructions and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other reasonable housekeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or domestic staff is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of household cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently.
• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of performing routine cleaning duties.
• Respectful of household privacy and personal belongings.
• Willingness to work in Lagos.
