Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle basic financial and accounting duties, including expense tracking, petty cash management, and report generation.
- Oversee HR functions such as recruitment support, staff records, attendance, and welfare.
- Coordinate and support project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as liaison between the Lafia office and head office for reporting and updates.
- Ensure smooth execution of field activities and local engagements.
- Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in office administration, finance, or HR.
- Prior experience in a multi-functional role, especially in a start-up or growing company, is an added advantage.
- Must be resident in Lafia or willing to relocate to Lafia, (Nasarawa State) at his/her own expense.
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Excellent project coordination and multitasking ability.
- HR and personnel management knowledge.
- Highly intelligent, resourceful, and innovative.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
