Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle flight reservations and tour package arrangements for clients.
- Process local and international ticket bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Provide visa application assistance and manage hotel reservations.
- Operate Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo, for bookings and ticketing.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with airline and travel regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in travel and ticketing operations.
- Minimum qualification: OND holder with certification from a recognised Aviation School.
- Proven experience in flight reservation and tour packaging.
- Experience in visa processing assistance and hotel bookings.
- Ability to book both local and international flight tickets.
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS, Sabre GDS, and Galileo GDS.
- Additional language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Must be between 23 and 35 years of age.
Remuneration: NGN 180,000
