Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with booking domestic and international flights using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Support in researching, creating, and updating holiday packages and travel itineraries.
- Help process visa applications and gather required travel documentation for clients.
- Communicate with clients to confirm travel details and provide customer service under supervision.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical travel records, files, and client databases.
- Assist with invoicing, quotations, and payment follow-up for bookings.
- Liaise with vendors such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and embassies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
