Key Responsibilities of Switchboard Operator:
â¢Provides courteous service to customers by operating the switchboard
â¢Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
â¢Arranges for special services requested by the guest
â¢Transfers incoming calls promptly to the appropriate extension
Requirements of Switchboard Operator:
â¢Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
â¢Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous
