Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the spa's appointment calendar effectively.
- Provide accurate information about our services, packages, and promotions to clients both in-person and over the phone.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with service providers, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to deliver exceptional treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it is always presentable for clients.
- Manage inventory of spa supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with the spa management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the overall client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Additional certification or training in spa administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a spa or beauty-related environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling payments, invoices, and client information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the spa's schedule and client needs.
- Knowledge of beauty and spa treatments, products, and services is desirable.
