Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front-end staff (waitresses, customer service reps, runners, bar staff).
- Oversee daily kitchen and production flow with chefs and ensure meal quality control.
- Ensure all staff follow opening and closing routines, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
- Monitor online and offline orders, ensuring accuracy, speed, and presentation.
- Submit daily reports to management on sales, operations, and staff performance.
- Handle customer complaints or incidents with professionalism and quick resolution.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are used efficiently
- Enforce brand standards in presentation, tone, cleanliness, and service.
- Help meet daily/weekly sales targets and support promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality, bakery, or café environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and daily reconciliation.
- Must be proactive, punctual, and passionate about customer service.
