Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role includes managing services, budgets, inventory, and driving sales through effective marketing.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the operations of a spa, administrative and floor management, and manages the various employees
- Creating employee schedules, reviewing budgets, overseeing marketing plans, and ensuring spa menus are current, plus recruitment of staff
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Agile, firm, strict, no-nonsense, honest, quick learner, experienced, intelligent, smart, competent, and responsible individual to manage a beautiful spa and contribute to its growth.
- At least 4 years of working experience in a spa and nail place.
- Good with MS and Excel. Good with the use of Android phones and very familiar with WhatsApp and other phone apps.
- Good with Canva.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent speech
- Ability to work under pressure. And manage time and people under pressure.
- Ability to make/take valid and reasonable decisions and actions. Especially pertaining to the line of work.
- Must be resourceful within her profession and industry.
- Location: There is accommodation or the candidate should reside around Lekki Phase 1
- Age: 38 - 42 years
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 + AccommodationÂ
