Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Performs office administration and clerical functions
- Typing, drafting of letters, memos and writing and collation of reports and other documents
- Handling of correspondences and sorting of mail
- Taking Minutes during meetings
- Scheduling meetings and arranging appointments and managing General Manager’s diary and giving reminders for meetings.
- Respond to inquiries and calls from units and departments to the office of the General Manager
- Maintains a document register for the office of the General Manager
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic filing system
- Provide supportive services to the office of the General Manager
- Performs other duties assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Arts, Management, or any other related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a Secretary and Administrative position
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, Microsoft Office Proficiency - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Suite
- Time Management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and work with little or no supervision, etc.
