Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CMD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain confidential medical, administrative, and executive records.
- Coordinate hospital board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Liaise with doctors, department heads, and external partners on behalf of the CMD.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance with hospital policies.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer (preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and high ethical standards.
