Job Summary
We are looking to hire a secretary who must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel; must be able to use the Internet; and must reside within or close to the D/Line axis of Port Harcourt for ease of commute.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organize files, manage records, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Schedule meetings and appointments as directed by the director.
- Handle correspondence and basic administrative tasks.
- Run errands for the boss when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Minimum Qualification Required: OND
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must reside within or close to D/Line, Port Harcourt.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be available to work on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Willingness to carry out errands when needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a financial or administrative setting; trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented.
Location: D/Line Axis, Port Harcourt
Work Schedule: Three times a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
Remuneration: NGN 60,000.
