Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly agendas and arrange new meetings and appointments (and reminders) when needed or as they arise
- Document, communicate, and distribute Minutes of Meetings and follow up on necessary *Actionable Items* where necessary
- Engage in Desktop Publishing using CorelDRAW, MS Word, MS Access, and MS Excel
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms in a timely manner
- Assume the duties of clerical and administrative / (CEO personal) support in order to optimize business workflow procedures in the office
- Assist colleagues and executives, and managers by supporting them with planning and distributing information
- Be the point of reference for all queries, requests, or issues, and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce
- File, update, and secure contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners in a confidential manner
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain an easy filing and retrieval system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and arrangements
- Receive, Record, and Secure Company Cash, and pay out cash.
- Manage and document expenses and expense reports, payment vouchers, payment receipts, payment/document approvals/signing, and training logistics
- Undertake receptionist duties where the need arises
- Draft letters and be ready to travel when needed
- Send and receive emails or external correspondence as the need arises.
- Manage Staff Attendance Registers and Ensure Registers are signed
- Develop the business and/or draft contract of employment, receive guests and/or staff,
- Provide orientation and information to new members of staff
- Make sure the office is always conducive as you liaise with the cleaner to make sure that everywhere is clean.
- Post on social media
- Assist in order of enterprise or company-related activities not directly attached to the job function as the need arises.
- Ensure the Workplace is safe.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- HND in any field of study
