Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise fulfillment of customer orders (walk-in and online delivery)
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure the shop and packing space run smoothly
- Manage junior staff (including onboarding new hires)
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Track and report key metrics (sales, deliveries, inventory)
- Collaborate with the sales team to boost in-store and online sales
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in a retail, FMCG, or food distribution role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in basic business tools: Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and POS
- Lives around Lekki-Aja (Preferred)
- Can work Mondays to Saturdays with flexibility
