Operations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve monthly sales targets (online + in-store).
  
• Manage inventory levels and stock control across retail and e-commerce platforms
  
• Oversee order processing, packaging, and fulfillment logistics
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely restocking and delivery
  
• Monitor dashboards (sales, inventory turnover, web analytics); iterate on pricing, promotions, and user experience.
  
• Monitor and improve operational workflows using relevant software and data analytics
  
• Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly operational reports
  
• Partner with Kenkeputa’s marketing team to plan promotions, social campaigns, and in-store events.
  
• Support merchandising efforts and promotions planning
  
• Provide training and supervision to retail assistants or interns

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1)
• Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role managing both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail (must demonstrate validatable success: sales growth metrics, operational improvements, or case studies).
  
• Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and jump into day-to-day tasks—from merchandising to customer service.
  
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
  
• Experience with inventory management tools and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
  
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Age: 24 or younger
