Job Summary
We are looking to hire a proactive and organized Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our retail and e-commerce channels at Tekkas. The ideal candidate should be process-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating smooth operational flows and customer satisfaction. You must be able to drive P&L and manage inventory.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets (online + in-store).
- Manage inventory levels and stock control across retail and e-commerce platforms
- Oversee order processing, packaging, and fulfillment logistics
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely restocking and delivery
- Monitor dashboards (sales, inventory turnover, web analytics); iterate on pricing, promotions, and user experience.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows using relevant software and data analytics
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly operational reports
- Partner with Kenkeputa’s marketing team to plan promotions, social campaigns, and in-store events.
- Support merchandising efforts and promotions planning
- Provide training and supervision to retail assistants or interns
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1)
- Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role managing both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail (must demonstrate validatable success: sales growth metrics, operational improvements, or case studies).
- Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and jump into day-to-day tasks—from merchandising to customer service.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with inventory management tools and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Age: 24 or younger
