Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily lounge operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee staff scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment through team engagement and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain a welcoming lounge atmosphere consistent with the brand identity.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and track revenues.
- Handle cash operations, daily sales reconciliation, and bank deposits.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely supply.
- Implement cost control measures and optimize inventory usage.
- Plan and execute events in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant, lounge, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of inventory control and vendor management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
