Job Summary

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Ora Lagos (The O Lounge), ensuring smooth execution of all activities while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing staff, financial operations, inventory, and customer relations.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily lounge operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment through team engagement and feedback.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain a welcoming lounge atmosphere consistent with the brand identity.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and track revenues.
  • Handle cash operations, daily sales reconciliation, and bank deposits.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely supply.
  • Implement cost control measures and optimize inventory usage.
  • Plan and execute events in collaboration with clients and internal teams.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant, lounge, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and vendor management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
