Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of clerical tasks.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Coordinate schedules, maintain records, and manage front desk supplies.
  • Support administrative operations and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support across the organization


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a polished front-office environment.
  • Must be resident in Owerri, Imo state
