We seek to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
- Maintaining an appointment book
- Answering phone calls and providing information to callers
- Performing clerical tasks
- Sorting and delivering mail
- Greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or staff
- Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors
- Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them
- Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building
- Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller’s needs.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any social science course
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
- Ability to speak English fluently and relate with clients and visitors amiably.
