The Admin Officer will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily office activities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. This role requires at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure efficient office functioning.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communication professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management and staff.
- Support procurement of office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
- Ensure timely submission and proper filing of invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Provide general support to staff and management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in basic reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
