Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and prepare all correspondence (emails, letters, reports, etc.).
- Maintain and organise office records and documents.
- Ensure proper coordination of office activities and workflow.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
- Utilise computer office applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum academic qualification of OND
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle correspondence professionally.
- Prior experience in office administration is an advantage.
- Candidate must reside within 20km of Ikoyi
