Operations Manager
Job summary
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments. The ideal candidate must have prior hotel management experience and be proficient in the use of hotel management software (PMS), with a strong focus on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Security.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and promptly resolve escalations.
- Monitor daily occupancy, revenue performance, and operational reports.
- Implement and maintain service standards and SOPs.
- Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Control operational costs and optimise profitability.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to drive bookings and visibility.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
- Strong working knowledge of hotel management software (PMS).
- Proven leadership and team management ability.
- Strong understanding of hospitality financials and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
