Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Project Management (10–15%):
- Monitor daily employee productivity by reviewing assigned tasks, time spent, and overall output.
- Prepare and share daily productivity reports.
- Support the coordination of ongoing projects and, where required, provide customers with project status updates.
Administration (10–20%):
- Manage and organise the email inbox to ensure all customer requests are properly tracked and addressed.
- Maintain an overview of tasks and to-do items to support effective prioritisation and follow-through.
E-Learning Support (10–30%):
- Rewrite and structure learning content for the automated virtual reality driving e-learning platform in line with provided guidelines.
- Test e-learning lessons independently or with users/learner drivers to ensure clarity, usability, and effectiveness.
Marketing Support (10–20%):
- Communicate with customers through written correspondence and respond to inquiries in line with provided guidelines.
- Support website improvement initiatives, including content writing and article enhancement.
- Assist with the development of interactive tools using AI, following initial instructions.
- Support basic SEO optimisation activities to improve online visibility.
Human Resources Support (10–15%):
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates or suppliers and conducting preliminary interviews based on provided guidelines.
- Organise periodic online employee engagement activities.
- Compile and share daily reports on employee goals and achievements.
Logistics Support (5–10%):
- Coordinate the ordering of hardware and other required items according to specifications.
- Research and support processes related to customs duties and shipping requirements.
- Assist with organising travel arrangements, including flight tickets and hotel accommodations, as required.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
