Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently
- Maintain and update office records, schedules, and appointment calendars
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Requirements:
- OND in Secretarial Studies (minimum qualification)
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality
