Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production and factory operations across both locations.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental sustainability standards.
- Supervise production teams and provide training and performance oversight.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to align production with budgets and targets.
- Monitor supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Support the execution of strategic investments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production or operations management, preferably in manufacturing or recycling industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
