Product Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Monitor on Self Product User Strategy Proceed Status and Effect
• Example: Monitor on Product Ads Spot / Push / SMS Condition
• Experience, perform research and analysis of other products in the market
• Example: Experience and monitor similar products, then record, sum and generate with proper experience or research report
• Conduct user surveys by different methods, analyse user feedback and relevant data then generate proper reports with solutions and suggestions.
• Provide suggestions for operation and product optimisation, or operation workflow, etc.
• Participate in strategy beta-test, user research or other operational projects

Requirements:

• Language: Excellent written and verbal English (Bonus with local languages)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS software
• Working Experience: 1-3 years in user or product operations or customer service roles, preferably in the gambling, gaming, entertainment or e-commerce industries.
• Sports Enthusiast: A Wealth of knowledge about sports, especially in football, is preferred.
• 1 year or above of gambling experience (without addiction)
• Working on Weekdays and Saturday Morning. Accept shift work during the holiday if necessary.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised, ensuring minimal errors.
• Highly self-motivated and curious, adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Strong user insight capabilities, for developing the real needs of local users to support effective operation strategies.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong logical thinking with a root cause analysis mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, Data Analysis, Business Management, Media and Communication, Technical, or a related field.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly Gross with a Structure of 70% Basic Salary and 30% KPI Salary.
