Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area
- Provide general assistance to guests as needed.
- Give support to front desk when needed.
- Maintaining a professional and hygienic appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, or GCE).
- A minimum of 0–1 year's experience and prior experience as a security guard or customer service is an added advantage.
- Basic literacy and ability to communicate in English language.
- Must be physically fit and strong.
- Proven experience as a porter in a hotel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Hospitality training or relevant certification is an added advantage
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 Gross Monthly
