We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and efficient Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Director (MD) in managing day-to-day operations, communications, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will provide strategic administrative and logistical support, enabling the MD to focus on high-level priorities. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure optimal time management.
- Oversee the MD’s email account—screen emails, prioritize urgent messages, and manage correspondence.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation, meeting briefs, and presentation materials as required.
- Organize and manage travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for meetings or events.
- Maintain an effective filing system for easy retrieval of key documents and records.
- Produce daily briefing folders containing schedules, agendas, and necessary papers.
- Troubleshoot calendar conflicts or logistical issues promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the gatekeeper, maintaining confidentiality and managing access to the MD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Initiative-driven and capable of problem-solving independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
