Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO who will act as a strategic partner and trusted liaison for both professional and personal affairs. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office, facilitating communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders while enhancing the CEO’s productivity and overall work-life balance. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and must exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing and coordinating professional and personal appointments.
- Arrange and oversee seamless travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Handle email and phone communication, screen messages, and respond on the CEO’s behalf when appropriate.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Support household and family logistic,s including managing errands, family schedules, staff coordination, and special event planning.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, track action items, and develop presentations and reports.
- Monitor and coordinate projects to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for both business and personal documentation.
- Oversee procurement of supplies, manage gifts, and provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline; a Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing both executive office and personal affairs in a confidential, efficient manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity.
- Proficiency with digital tools and tech-savvy coordination of schedules, communications, and documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Independent, resourceful, and capable of taking initiative without needing constant supervision.
- Energetic and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
