Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the chairman, managing all incoming communications, inquiries, and requests, and ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain the chairman 's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, ensuring they are well-organized and efficiently managed
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the chairman.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis on various topics to support the chairman in his decision-making processes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare itineraries for the chairman’s business trips.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, venue selection, and attendee management.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Proactively anticipate the chairman’s needs and prioritize tasks accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met and commitments are fulfilled.
- Collaborate with other departments and executive assistants to facilitate effective communication and coordination on behalf of the chairman.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the chairman.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND
- 3 years of work experience
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
