Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand of the executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and time management.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Serve as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Organize and prioritize emails, phone calls, and messages
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actionable items
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences
  • Run errands and perform various administrative tasks as assigned
  • Manage filing systems and ensure proper record-keeping
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules
  • Experience with project management tools or scheduling software is a plus
