Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain an office filing system
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal relations skills
- Ability to run errands and drive
- Knowledge of MS word, Excel and Powerpoint to create documents
- Good analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting and record-keeping software
