Bridgemead Consulting is recruiting for the position of Personal Assistant. The individual will provide professional and comprehensive administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication, ensuring that the activities of the ma

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain calendar schedules for the manager.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as requested by the manager.
  • Conduct background checks in preparation for high-level meetings with the manager.


Requirements:
  • HND in Business Administration or other relevant courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel.
  • Proficient with MS Office suites.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and proactiveness.
  • Excellent schedule management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
