We are looking to hire a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication in a manner that will help us keep growing. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Develop new customers and new sales channels
- Skilled in operating social media handles like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Handle requests and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with the sales team to improve overall sales performance
- Promote products or services and attract customers, to place an order.
Requirements:
- This position is preferably open to female candidates
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in marketing or any related discipline
- At least one (1) year of sales experience
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Honesty and integrity.
- Candidate aged between 22 - 30 years old
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 120,000 with commission
