Job Summary
The Personal Assistant to Managing Director is responsible for the day-to-day assistance in handling legal, administrative and compliance responsibilities. Possess the ability for content editing and handling of social media tools. This position is also responsible for client’s relationships, project, task management in relation to legal issues and ensure compliance

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Legal Assistance:
- Draft and proofread legal documents, letters, and contracts.
- Conduct basic legal research as requested.
- Organise and maintain confidential legal files and records.
- Assist in preparing legal briefs, case summaries, or client updates.
- Liaise with external counsel or law firms when required.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organise calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes.
Confidentiality and Compliance:
- Ensure all communications and documents comply with data protection and legal confidentiality standards.
- Keep sensitive information secure and handle privileged documents properly.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, hearings, or court dates if relevant.
Project and Task Management:
- Help manage special projects, often with a legal aspect.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and compliance dates.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
Executive and Strategic Support:
- Prepare briefing notes and summaries for the executive or lawyer.
- Attend meetings and take minutes where legal or sensitive issues are discussed.
- Assist in decision-making by providing background information or legal insight
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Law (LL.B)
- Call to Bar Certificate
- Masters of Law is an added advantage
- 2 years experience
- Age:25-30
- Sound knowledge in content editing of videos
- Excellent ability to use social media tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in office and legal software (MS Office)
