We are looking to hire a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication in a manner that will help us keep growing. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Assist the principal to complete assigned work and tasks
- Develop new customers and new sales channels
- Managing social media handles like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Handle requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage diary, schedule meetings, and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation, minutes, and source office supplies.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
- Minimum academic qualification of University degree in any field
- Age between 22 - 30 years
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- At least one (1) year of sales experience
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Honesty and integrity.
Remuneration: NGN 60,000 and open to negotiation
