Job Description/Requirements
- Assist in interpreting, monitoring and evaluating Organizations policies, processes and procedure
- Coordinate respective Silverbird Location’s Human Resource deliverables.
- Facilitate Recruitment, interview summary, selection, and orientations of new employees.
- Assist in the coordination of performance management-
- Coordinate the collation of all data required for payroll processing with relevant documentation.
- Review HR documentation with regard to employee welfare, compensation, and benefits, recognition,n and retention processes.
- Continually monitor and report compliance status on all human and process activities of the company as stipulated by the Company handbook.
- Convene staff disciplinary sitting on erring staff and ensure appropriate documentation is in place at all times.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues which include conducting effective, thorough, and objective.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Conduct Staff Audit.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Partner with management to communicate human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
- Facilitate evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs to ensure training objectives are met.
- Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Assist in interpreting Organizations policies, processes, and procedures.
- Process Staff registration with HMO, and PFA and organize pension and health forums and other human resource events.
- Manage all HR social media accounts.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation of organization and Grievance and Disciplinary process.
- Continually monitor and report compliance status on all human and process activities of the company as stipulated by the Company handbook.
- Monitor staff registers for group, galleria, HR, and film distribution.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of film distribution, gallery, and group.
- Send out monthly emails, webinar notifications, policy reminders, common sense series, monthly newsletters, and corporate affairs emails.
- Coordinate the corporate affairs committee and culture club
- Handle mentorship programme Daily.
- Assist with employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
- Manage the company's HMO scheme including payments
- To Undertake such other Duties as Required and Commensurate with the Grade and Title of the Job

- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.

- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
